Vision Masters was founded by Dan and Dave Federspill in 1989 with a commitment to providing locally owned, quality eye care. Today, we are still locally owned and operated by Dan Federspill and Jay Thompson, together, they bring over 40 years of experience in serving the eye-care needs of families in the Indianapolis area. Both are certified by the American Board of Opticianry and both are board members of the Opticians Association of Indiana.
Convenience
Vision Masters is a complete vision center, and we strive to make each visit a pleasant and hassle-free experience for our customers. We offer complete eye examinations with flexible appointment times, including Saturdays. Trust us to handle your most difficult and hard-to-fill prescriptions, including no-line bifocals, high-tech or extra-thin lenses, or lenses with special coatings. Prescriptions from your own eye doctor are welcome and can be filled without an appointment.
If you require new frames, we'll help you to choose the best-fitting, most comfortable style for your lifestyle. Then Vision Masters certified opticians will personally grind the lenses to your exact prescription with quality, not time, as our number-one concern. However, in our full service, on-site laboratory, most prescriptions can be filled in the same day.
Vision Masters accepts many company, third party insurance plans, and Medicare. Our friendly staff will file the forms for you at no extra cost.
